Fafnir a serpent type dragon from Norse Mythology who is known for his ill-temper and love of gold, which he will protect at all costs! Fafnir, in dragon form, is one of the flightless, snake like dragons. His love of gold cost him everything, his family, his friends and his original form. His gold is cursed, so for Fafnir there is no peace. Fafnir was not always a dragon, and his story can be seen as a warning – greed can do awful things to people!
